Attention 2010-11 Applicant Families: 
At the January 15 enrollment lottery, TECCS drew names to offer places in the 2010-11 kindergarten class to 40 applicants. All other kindergarten applicants have been placed on the waiting list, in order determined by the lottery drawing. As next year's first and second grade classes are currently full with returning students, all 2010-11 applicants for those grades were entered into the lottery to determine the order of the waiting list. The families of wait-listed students will be offered places in the appropriate grade as soon as they become available. 

TECCS will be calling all applicants' families on Monday and Tuesday (January 18 & 19) with the January 15 lottery results. Official letters will follow in the mail. Accepted families are asked to return their signed enrollment forms by February 1, so that the school may begin offering any openings to wait-listed families as soon as possible. 

If you do not receive a phone call by Tuesday, January 19, please call the school or email enrollment@teccsjc.org for your child's lottery results.

All TECCS students are selected by public lottery. Based on the lottery results, applicants are either accepted or placed on the waiting list. Wait-listed families are notified as seats in the appropriate grade open up.

The school must fill its spots with Jersey City applicants before it can accept any out of town applicants. Additionally, in an effort to keep family members together, siblings are given preference in the lottery. No other preference is given to any student in the enrollment process for any reason. The public lottery for 2010-11 admission will be held at the school on Friday, January 15 at 6pm in the School's cafeteria.

To apply for the 2010-2011 school year please fill out the Application Form below following the instructions given. Applications must be received by January 11th to be included in the January 15th lottery.

Please note:  Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before October 1, 2010.
